To sleep or not to sleep....

So, we finally did it~ we sleep trained Kian! He is sleeping thru the night with two solid naps a day and it is amazing! I can't believe that all he needed was for me to leave him alone a little! We both now wake as happier people ;)

Santa Baby

Christmas was so amazing! Kian loved opening presents and of course he loves the hustle all around! I made him wear a Santa hat everywhere~ it was so funny! He sure is a good sport!! We took him to see Santa and it was hilarious, he just stared at him and Santa couldn't believe it! Oh what fun!!

Happy Thanksgiving

It was our first Thanksgiving with Kian!  I'm so thankful to have him; he makes the Holidays so much more meaningful!  I made him pureed Sweet Potatoes and he loved them so much~ he had to lick his fingers! 

Where does the time go?

It is hard for me to believe that Kian is already 6 months old!  Much less, that he has 2 little teeth coming through.  Where does the time go?  There are so many firsts happening all the time that I have to stop myself to remember all the beautiful things that his short life has already brought me.  I love to think about being pregnant and anxiously awaiting his birth, and how it felt to be a Mommy in those first few hours.  I miss his skinny, wrinkly toes and the smell of his baby breath!  What a joy Motherhood is... I am so excited for more....
